Verify a Duty-of-Care Record

Paste a signed receipt to check its Ed25519 signature. Receipts carry hashes only, never PHI. The signer's public key is published at /api/verify for independent, offline verification.

A valid signature proves the record was produced by UroLumen's signer and has not been altered since. It does not by itself attest clinical correctness.
